Journeyman Sign Installers

Locations:
Orlando, FL
Grand Prairie, TX
 

NW is hiring Journeyman Sign Installers for our facilities in Florida and Texas.  We are looking for experienced installers who want to maximize their earnings by consistently providing a high standard of work and service in the sign trade.

            Serious candidates meet the following requirements:

        have experience with all types of sign installations including electrical & non-electrical signs

 

        have knowledge of sign equipment and use appropriate safety procedures

 

        •         must have a valid CDL license and a good driving record

 

        have welding experience and crane operating experience (certifications are a plus)

 

        have experience working on elevated platforms, swing stage rigging & know and follow fall protection guidelines

  

  •   must have the ability to travel

 

  •  must be technology/computer literate enough to handle smart phones, e-mail and digital attachment

 

  • must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening for pre- hire and DOT random testing

 

  • Certifications in OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or any safety programs are a big plus

Business Development Manager

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Grand Prairie, Texas facility, to hunt down new business opportunities and take high-level prospects through our sales process. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are hungry and determined to succeed.The ideal candidate is ambitious and self motivated, with unparalleled energy, enthusiasm and drive, to work for a successful organization selling high value products and services. 

The BDM, and his/her assigned Inside Sales Representative will build and maintain a sales pipeline by initiating sales calls, qualifying leads, conducting meetings and following up with prospects.  Our sale is a process-driven, consultative sale and requires advanced communication, sales management, and relationship-building skills.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage the sales process - from prospect to post sale activities
  • Obtain new accounts and grow existing accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Meet and exceed all activity goals and business measurements including sales meetings, pipelining, win rate, average deal size, etc
  • Regularly update new and current customer information in CRM system
  • Demonstrate follow-through with all aspects of the sales process; provide regular reporting updates as required by senior management
  • Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, industry trends and competition

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or sales management
  • 5+ years of overall B2B sales experience with strong background managing the entire sales process from beginning to end
  • 5+ years of new account development selling
  • Sales “hunter” with proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills, as well as a consistent track record of success meeting financial objectives
  • Vertical expertise: background selling into large accounts with a solid, working understanding of how these organizations function and connect
  • Experience managing extended sales cycles
  • Experience using CRM
  • Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self driven, motivated, results oriented personality with an enthusiasm for growth
  • Ability and willingness to work within an open environment in a professional office setting
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently 
  • High level of social perceptiveness and customer service coupled with a strategic awareness

Inside Sales Representatives

NW is looking for people with great “phone personality” for newly established Inside Sales /Lead Generation positions in our Moorestown, NJ headquarters.  These positions drive sales by initiating telephone contact with a variety of leads, to identify, qualify, and develop quality sales opportunities for the senior sales team.  To that end we are looking for talented, aggressive, high energy Inside Sales Reps (ISR) / Lead Generation Professionals to help drive our growth.

  • Meet or exceed opportunity / appointment quota through phone prospecting
  • Strong  researching, tele-qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills; ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionally
  • Collaborate with outside sales and marketing to develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack
  • Qualify and arrange sales appointments
  • Maintain CRM data, share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management
  • Proactively manage your schedule and leads pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives
  • Field leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high level selling environment

CANDIDATE  REQUIREMENTS:

Ideal ISR candidates have previous inside sales experience (B2B) and will be expected to manage a pipeline and report on- call activity.  Most importantly, we want people with heavy outbound calling experience, who can assess a prospects needs, identify "business pain points" and determine who the decision maker is at the company and how to get an appointment with her or him.  Armed with strong phone and email skills and the desire and ambition to succeed in a small but potentially rapidly growing environment, is a must.
